Life doesn't always keep to a calendar. Each stay at Zendigo Tiny Retreat is prepared carefully, well before you arrive, so here's how we handle a change of plans:

• 30+ days out: Full refund, or swap your dates (subject to availability).

• 14–30 days out: 50% refund, or a date change (subject to availability).

• 7–14 days out: Stays are no longer refundable at this stage. We're happy to help shift your dates where we can (one re-schedule available, subject to availability).

• Under 7 days out: At this point stays cannot be refunded or changed.

GIFT VOUCHERS

The same Cancellation Policy above applies to bookings made with Gift Vouchers. Our Gift Vouchers are valid for 3 years from their date of issue, so rest assured there is plenty of time for recipients to organise their stay for dates that work best for them.

Please note: Every stay at Zendigo is reserved and planned for you well ahead of time, with real care given to getting the details right before you arrive. As a small, seasonal escape, last-minute shifts aren't always easy for us to absorb. But we understand life happens, so if something comes up unexpectedly, don’t hesitate to get in touch.
